We are incredibly honored to receive the Business Development Partner of the Year Award from the Southwest Indiana Workforce Board ! 
This award recognizes our strong partnership in supporting businesses across Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, and Gibson Counties.
Through our Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) program, we collaborate with the SWIN Workforce Board and other key partners to ensure local businesses have access to essential resources and stay aligned with regional priorities. The SWIN Workforce Board has been instrumental in this effort, providing workforce upskilling, training grants, and connecting businesses with valuable services.
Together, we’ve visited over 60 businesses in the past year, helping to strengthen and grow our region’s economy. We’re proud to play a role in fostering business success and look forward to continuing this impactful work!
