Leading to Talent EVV

The timing was right for the next strategic planning exercise and a true regional strategy, not just a series of one-off projects. Talent EVV began as a data-driven study in 2018.
More than 40 community stakeholders – representing Vanderburgh, Warrick, Gibson and Posey counties in Indiana as well as Henderson County in Kentucky devoted almost
a year to examining data, comparing peer regions and discussing a shared dilemma: How to grow into the talent and economic region of choice in the Midwest.
